This is why you should never go to starbucks inside target. A bunch of amateurs making coffee and customer service is trash. I ordered salted caramel mocha and this is what I got ????
It was very disappointing to spend $50 and be treated so rudely. Instead of attending to customers, the staff made jokes at our expense while standing around. To top it off, it took them fifteen minutes to prepare a refresher drink.
I was second in line, and my order was ready in under 10 minutes.
Absolutely terrible experience. It's a stroke of luck if more than one person is working at a time. They're out of nearly everything 95% of the time. How can a coffee shop run out of iced coffee and cold brew? Most items are more expensive than at the Starbucks just one exit down.
