Starbucks - Flower Mound

10:15 Saturday only me in line two employees behind the counter 8 minutes I didn't even wait a smile, nod wait for recognition of my patient so I never left a star because there is no option for no stars

The lady didn't know how to run the register, it was just an icey Chai tea latte and a decaf cold beer Americano. It was a sign. I wanted to go, but have my chance. Then she didn't know how to make the Americano, told us that she made a mistake, then she just seems to pour regular coffee into the cup. I ordered icy Chai-Tee-Latte but got icy milk with a light cinnamon taste. I threw them out. enjoy a nice slow holiday day, but the flew out the window. It's going through Starbucks.

It was a Starbucks. Seen one seen a million of them.

Always great customer service and quick as can be when making a bunch of custom coffee orders for tons of people. We use the app to order ahead and have never had a problem.

Website says it is open until 8:00. At 7:3 p.m. CLOSED. I guess you can't really believe everything you read on the internet, huh?! Hey Starbucks, how about updating your website, so people aren't in their cars and drive to your location if you won't be open.
