Chick-fil-a - Flower Mound

After placing a few online orders, I've found that the service at this Chick-fil-A is a bit slower compared to the one in Corinth. My orders haven't always been prepared according to my preferences. The food itself is consistent with what you'd expect from other Chick-fil-A locations, but the pick-up service here could definitely use some improvement compared to Corinth.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this location with a full dining room and cars lined up outside like this before. However, the Chick-fil-A team handled the rush efficiently, getting everyone in and out quickly. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the fries were barely warm. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience.

The service is always excellent and the food is delicious. The only downside is the terrible parking situation. The drive-thru could be restructured to improve efficiency; it often feels like navigating a labyrinth of cars, especially since the drive-thru lines frequently block access to parking for nearby establishments.

The customer service is from this world. I accidentally spilled some drinks and someone came to negate us and clean up immediately after that. friendly staff that keeps the door open so I can see my hands full. have you not been back?

Service was a bit slow and the place was absolutely packed and loud. Reminded me of a McDonalds playroom. Food came out fast and staff was friendly
