Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I enjoy coming here with my family. Always friendly service and overall nice area to relax and have a treat.

I went there with my friends and we had no idea what to get but luckily the workers were so kind and waited thank you Rita’s for all of your help love you y’all???

The ice was delicious but I had to take 3 stars off for the rude workers at the shop. The girl refused to tell us what flavors she had and rather just waited for us to list every flavor only to tell us no. And no I'm not a Karen. They were rude. Get the mango ice if you go.

Our Flourtown Rita's is the best our favorite place to go for a refreshing water ice, custard, blendini, gelato and soft pretzel.Owner~Jason is really tied to the community. Jason really stepped up.We recently went to him with a special request for 20+ giftcards to celebrate our son's birthday and he honored this request, got these cards done for us and this was a seamless transaction. Thank you to Jason and his amazing staff for outstanding service. Always going above and beyond :

Showed up at 9:10 on a Friday and they were closed. Their sign and maps listing clearly say 9:30. There were two employees inside, they ignored me.
