The customer service was nice, but unfortunately my food was cold. My Oder was supposed to be done 45min-1hr after I placed it. Although my order status said, I still had 30-40 min to wait. We were in our car waiting and noticed they weren't busy, so I called. Come to find out the order had been done. And the YELP status wasn't updated. My food was luke warm at best. I think my lettuce was warmer than the meat. I felt bad because I recommended it to my guy and I want this place to win. Unfortunately that win was not today.

It was alright , I had turkey tips a small order which is over sized for me but I'll save the rest . Very tender although a few pieces were hard. Fries were good . My only problem is she made my food soon as I arrive and paid and she didn't give me fresh fries. I am a high paying customer for my of my favorite restaurants and if your gonna make my food in front of me make sure it's fresh . 2.5 out of 5

Coming from someone that hates turkey. This place is amazing. I'm not sure what type of witchcraft that they are doing inside this place but I absolutely love it. I've had it several times and can't get enough of the turkey lasagna as well as the turkey tips. Definitely some thing to try.

This is my 3rd time ordering from Just Turkey and I will continue to be a customer for a couple reasons 1) Excellent Food and 2) Great Service. We really got hooked on the Turkey Tips but the sauce was wayyyy too much. This time I asked that the sauce is on the fries and tips but to not saturate. Got my mini order of tips and fries and guess what....Saturated!!! I didn't get upset despite being ready to sit and eat. Instead I called and they said to come up to correct the order. A new order was already waiting for me when I got there, it was hot, fresh, and they even gave me a Large instead of replacing it with the same mini size. They also apologized for the inconvenience! THIS is what exceptional customer service looks like. They corrected and even gave me more which they didn't have to. I would've been grateful with just a replacement with less sauce. The young lady and man were pleasant and I was in and out and back home enjoying my tips! I will continue to support this Black Owned Business! Keep up the good work Just Turkey!

Safety is definitely a concern. The thugs that hangout in front of the restaurants will rob you! I almost was robbed with my child with me plus the lagasana was salty.
