Wendy's - Florissant

Bad bad customer service. there are only 2 people up there who get cool points, but all others need to be fired immediately. lines are always wrapped, terrible customer service, eating comes cold majority of time. smh is sad. this place needs new workers.

The service was slow, but this seems normal today. at least it was worth waiting, my daves double comb was great. hot crispy pommes and a fresh boiled double burger that was delicious.

If you want to find an innocence with good service and hot eating, this is the one for them. the service is amazing. the staff was always friendly and polite and eating is always hot and ready food: 4/5

Was today Sunday, 20 november I had ordered online and then it went inside to pick up my order because I know how secured going through this place comes. When I arrived there, there was a big line through the passage. I went to the door to walk in and of course the door was locked. Therefore, I sat in through for 45 minutes before I finally got on the redner and announced that I should get an online order that should come to pick it up, but the doors were locked 20 minutes later I finally made it up to the window receiving my food, and was on my way... so much for quick eating.

I would NEVER. As soon as you walk in the grease on the floor was so bad i was slipping and sliding. Very dirty place. We stood there for 7 min without anyone so much as a hello. We just left.Service: 1/5
