Penn Station East Coast Subs

We ordered four specials along with an extra sandwich and fries, but unfortunately, there were issues with our order. Instead of receiving the correct amount of food, we ended up with less than we had paid for. However, the manager handled the situation well and addressed the problems professionally. We appreciated his efforts to make things right.

My service from the staff in this place was so terrible that I told them they'd return my money. I didn't even want my food anymore and I'll never go back. People no longer seem to care about their workplace and feel that they can treat customers somehow. That's why the business is closed.

They weren't crowed but service was slow and could have been friendlier. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming. My sandwich was good though.

I ordered a large teriyaki chicken sub. The chicken was hard and over cooked. Mushrooms was melted down to mush. There was to much sauce on the bread. The fries was cold, greasy, over cooked and too salty. I returned the food and got a refund. If you can't cook. Please get out the kitchen. Won't be returning.?

Went in right before noon and order me and the bestie lunch. The staff was friendly and nice. The guy with the locks took my order he was very professional got both of our orders right. I?m never a French fry person but the fries was on point today!!!
