Longhorn Steakhouse - Florissant

The food is always good but the service is hit or miss.

Unfortunately my visit was not good. Dirty tables.Greatly Understaffed. Too many greeters and not enough waiters or servers.. Help coming from the kitchen to bring your order. Orders going back left and right. Longhorns has got to do better. As one would say IT WAS ALL BAD!!! Will try another location because I like their MENU.

We ordered steaks that came out cold and not cooked to our perfection.

We waited an hour for our food and while we were waiting 2 people with a infant came in 30 minutes after us they got their food before we did. We let the manager know BUT she just justified her male waiter. Long story short we left

Had long wait on salad wings? Waitress took care of thou.
