Jack In The Box - Florissant

24 hours? more than 10 hours with 14 hours of break. management is müll. they never know if they are? , or if they? systems are downstairs. they no longer serve breakfast. the employees literally sat outside in their cars because the management is not there to unlock the doors. idek why this place is still open. the owner responds to reviews, but obviously does nothing to help this location. the location at the airport is better

I love Jack in the box because you can order everything from the menu at any time of day and they don't make it in you, the drive thru was pretty fast the food was hot it was delicious the cashiers staff were definitely helpful smiling they got my order right and I came quite fast I would definitely recommend to see it thanks.

Went through the drive thru and was said we only serve fried food at the moment. It was 9 a.m. and they were not closed for another 2 hours. Oh, and the shaking machine was cleaned. Another family member went the next morning and they still served only fried food. Both times they only accepted card payments. I guess they only make the rules as they join. Doesn't seem to be any management around the world. I will never be back to this particular place

If it were possible for me to give negative stars to this terrible institution, I would. In Far, this is the worst Jack in the box I've ever protected. It seems recently that every time I get some of the ride through, they are out of great size in cups and fry boxes, the order is rarely ready when I move to the window and I am asked to pull in front of the building and wait until someone bring out my order. Are the employees in this place supervised or do they do what is right in their own eyes?! Do these unripe people have the will to turn off their phones and do their jobs?! Be assured I will never protect this terrible place again!

Put an order in 9:15 door dash (Friday night closes 10), restaurant accepted the order, the dasher showed up 10-15 minutes later at 9:30 she pulled a round and they turned the lights off on her they only acknowledged her after she took a picture to say they closed and were rude to her. It was even only appetizer stuff and the commercial deep fryer I know for a fact takes a while to cool down. This is the second time, a previous time I put an order in after 8 pm and they did the same thing months ago.
