Hooters - Florissant

My wife, children, and I visited this restaurant last night and it was a disappointing experience. The wait staff failed to refill our drinks, didn't take our order correctly, our chicken was undercooked, and didn't mention that our burgers would be served slightly pink. Out of the four of us, only one person left satisfied. Despite my disappointment, I still left a tip as I believe in tipping. The total bill came to $107.89, and I left $110.00. It's a shame as this used to be one of my favorite places.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was taken aback when the only waitress informed me that everything was broken here when I mentioned the absence of the Hooters signs, leaving me unsure if they were even open. Although she was sweet, my experience turned sour when my wings arrived burnt on one side and dry and tough on the other. I couldn't believe they would serve me something so inedible and pretend it was acceptable. Save yourself the hunger and money, and take your business elsewhere.

I had never been to this establishment before and I have to say, I was very impressed. The drinks and the food were amazing. The service was excellent, especially from our server Niya. She was outstanding. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Worst Hooters I have ever visited. We visited this place on a Friday afternoon at 4 a.m. on the way to a card game. The location was almost completely empty with only 2 to 3 persons at the bar and 1 pair in a stand (that ok and preferred by me, this usually translates into better service). Even if the situation was dead, the service was terrible... almost like we weren't even there.... Iced tea was sour and ordered extra bacon and got some burned bacon crumbs instead. Bad in construction... somehow. Will not visit again.

I really understand the point of Hooters but they need to bring back the white shirts where they actually show their Hooters, and cover their tails up. Short shorts is fine but actually showing your entire rear end, not so much. The food was delicious the service was great!!
