Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The food was fresh and made to order. the staff seemed very friendly and had a great job. everything came out as expected and quite quickly. will definitely visit again.

The sandwich was good the fries were hot but stale and then they put stale with the hot fries were burnt so NO they weren't good, but they have a big sign say won't cook until order lies!!!! Was not impressed with Freddy's at all not sure that I'll come back.?

Came to pick up an order ended up waiting 20 minutes for our concrete to be made because management decided to put a new person alone on that part of the store on a Friday night. Poor girl was doing her best to keep up with a full drive-thru and in-store customers but it is really ridiculous that nobody decided that she needed help. Do better

My 1st time experiencing Freddy's, the place is new only there 6/8 months. So I really couldn't see the inside, the service window was slower than expected the cashier was pleasant but I was the 3rd car in line and it took almost 20 minutes to get thru the sandwich was nice but the fries were cold I gave them to the Dog. I won't be back.

The manager was overwhelmed. No chili. We ordered a Chicago dog and asked for ketchup, mustard and sauerkraut got no Chicago dog, a plain dog with ketchup and mustard, and no sauerkraut. If we wanted that we would have ordered a plain with ketchup etc. We waited for about twenty minutes for the order fix (pickles, tomato, peppers and sauerkraut) the patty melt we also ordered had a rancid grease flavor the following morning.
