Brickhouse Pizza - Florissant

Pizza was good. We ordered ahead for a specific time; pizza was ready.

Horrible customer service! I wanted to support a local business so I decided to call to place an order, as I was placing the order the guy asked was it a prank call. I’m not from the area so my number has a different area code. After assuming the call was a prank he put me on hold for extended amount of time. Finally, he came back to the phone after figuring out it wasn’t a prank call. However, I was over it at this point. He didn’t even apologize he jusd pretended as if he wasn’t rude. I will not support this business. I went to another local pizza place. I suggest you do the same.

I was in the St. Louis area on business and had heard that the pizza there was fantastic, so I decided to try out Brickhouse Pizza Company based on its reviews. I placed a takeout order for pickup, wanting to relax and enjoy my evening. I have to say, having eaten pizza across much of the United States, I wasn't too impressed. The experience didn't live up to the hype; the flavors just didn't match the expectations. It only reinforces my belief that Chicago-style pizza—whether it’s thick, pan, or tavern style—remains the best. Next time I'm in St. Louis, I think I'll stick to BBQ. Cheers! Mangia!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived burnt, and the breadsticks didn't come with marinara sauce. However, my biggest issue was that the pizza wasn't sliced. It’s really difficult to manage that in a hotel room. We've ordered from this place before when passing through, but this time I was very disappointed.
