I ordered a $5 biggie bag it took 3 sandwichs before they made it right and my other had cold and no compensation for the inconvenience for me

The tables were dirty, we had to hunt for a clean table and when I asked for ketchup because the donator was empty. they gave me packages that were all sticky. maybe from sirup? I have 5 ketchup packages in the müll. we sanitize the hands of mt. big! food: 4/5

Cozy location in our hotel for late snacks. fast service, good eating

When I arrived, I hired my order and waited a long time for the food, the reason is that 2 employees chatted and they didn't do anything to continue their conversation. I'm never in my commands demanding, but a costumer waiting just to talk is illogical.
