Atelierul de pizza - Floreşti

I visited this restaurant last weekend, and with regret I must mention that the service, the people and the level of courtesy was absolutely terrible. At first we arrived and had to order our food through the kitchen sink that we understood the time we arrived perfectly, but we mentioned at the beginning when we can order food or limit our night to drinks. And since we said we could, things started to go downhill. The rude lady who served us reacted with a cold smile and told us "as soon as order" After we made our order, she brought the desserts together with the main courses and just left them hanging cold on a table next to us. Shortly afterwards she came to us and asked rudely whether we can pay without starting our main courses. I do not recommend a total waste of time and enthusiasm at all. The food quality was ok, but the service and behaviour ruined everything at the end.

I tried the shrimp platter, eggplant salad, pizza and burgers and are absolutely delicious. Great place and friendly staff. I would totally recommend.

Great place, great food, it's all in the details. Will come back again. Best place in Cluj for stand-up comedy shows. Perfect mood for a perfect night out.

Went there with my partner and we were both very pleased with the menu -it has so many choices. As a vegetarian I can say I had a very decent meal -and we all know Florești could use a few more vegetarian welcoming places! However my partner eats meat and he was very happy with his dish! We will definitely be coming back. Also one last thing, service could use a bit of improvement, attitude wise... but not just there- that’s more of a general issue in Romania.
