Krispy Kreme - Florence

It was nice, but my doctor would definitely be upset if he found out I came here. Haha!

We visited the shop to pick up a dozen donuts, but only the drive-thru was open due to staffing shortages. There were two ladies working, and the older one had everything well under control despite the limited staff. She was professional, competent, and extremely kind. There was a small mistake with my order, but she took the initiative to open the door and personally handed me the three chocolate iced Kreme-filled donuts. I was really impressed by how she managed to keep the business running smoothly with just one other person assisting her. I didn’t catch her name, but she certainly deserves a raise!

Its Krispy Kreme...that's enough said. We got 1/2 dozen of hot fresh doughnuts...absolutely delicious

We were there at at about 10:00 am on a Wednesday and the case was full and the service was wonderful. I do love the pumpkin donuts in the fall.

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best. The hot light can almost cause a wreck.
