Upon entering was greeted warmly by the hostess. She had a smile that made my day. Very clean restaurant. Our waiter Beni was awesome! Very personable and energetic. I made a special request and they fulfilled it. The fried tofu was great. Also ordered a couple of sushi rolls and the chefs combo 8 piece sushi. Top notch! Fresh and flavorful! The chef knows what they are doing. I will be back next week and as often as I can. Was looking for sushi close to home but I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. Worth every penny. Thanks for one of the most wonderful experiences in Florence. See you all again soon.

Panji great fun waited on us along with delicious meal.

Took my wife out for our anniversary last night. Awesome experience. Panji was one of the best waiters I ever had in my life. Food was fantastic. Very reasonably priced as well. Very, very happy customer!

Absolutely beautiful architecture awaits you as you enter Ito Sushi. The service was very friendly and top notch and made me feel welcome. I ordered chicken pad Thai, the chicken house pot soup, Thai basil and fried spring rolls for takeout. The food was out very quickly after our drive into Florence. Again, incredibly friendly service as they gave me an entire box of food (wow I did not expect that much! There were two containers of rice, three side salads, and the other food and it was more than two meals for my friend and I (both active dudes with big appetites). The quality of the food was outstanding. Some of the best pad Thai I have ever had and everything blended well together for a phenomenal dining experience. For the price, it was an exceptional deal.
