Chipotle Mexican Grill - Florence

The management at this restaurant lacks respect for their employees, making them limit menu options due to poor decision-making. The store's stock of toilet paper was inadequate, resulting in all bathrooms being out of service during our visit. Additionally, there were no air fresheners in the bathrooms. It is disappointing to see a business that does not value and support its employees.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:40, hoping to walk in. However, I was informed by a staff member that they did not open until 10:45. I waited outside for a few minutes, observing as the staff member snacked in a corner with a colleague. Finally, at 10:47, they finished their break and one of the staff members opened the door. I realized that they were sticking to their opening time, even if it meant taking a quick smoke break beforehand.

The bowl was delicious, but my enjoyment was ruined when I discovered a large hair at the bottom, which was very unpleasant. I had to throw it away and I am disappointed and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The personal is rude that it is not ready to do its job. instead of doing their job, they use the excuse of the staff while 5 workers are in there! I went online ordering, online does not allow gift cards. I then asked if they could take my order on their device down as I tried online, but they were so short workers that they could not do that, but the black and white guy could argue me for 10 min, which does not make any sense. bad gas friendship will never return to this chipotle again. hopefully they find better staff.

I pay $30 for two bowls to see that they are barley filled. Seriously, that is what beans that they skim off the top and barley fill up the bowl. I usually eat chipotle a lot so maybe I need to find a better one bc Florence on Mall road sucks!
