Arby's - Florence

We bought 2 bark and cheddar sandwiches and there were hardly meat on them. a brisket sandwich with barely meat. a chicken salad sandwich on stale brot. the crust of the brotes was hard and unusable. spent almost $30 and will never spend another meal in this restaurant. they should be ashamed of the amount of meat they put on their overpriced sandwiches.

Was overloaded in the car, because the author did not listen or attentiveness. I asked for 3 pcs of child meal with milk and apple sauce. I didn't ask for pommes or the 4th offer. So I paid too much. food was in order.

It really goes on the hill on quality and how the sandwiches together meet more dressing than on the rueben sandwich. what I understand. but it does not reflect the quality at all.

The drive thru had very slow service and our order was not correct, they mixed parts of our order with someone else eating.

Usually good experience with Arby's but was surprised that when we pulled up to the window, we were informed that their delivery truck did not come today which meant they had no roast beef as well as two other items. But roast beef?! Lol just my luck
