Arby's - Florence

First time in this Arby’s and the food was good. I tried the orange creamsicle shake for the first time, and it was really good. I also tried the mozzarella sticks and nuggets bites they were both better then Burger Kings! The lobby needed to be picked up just a little but the employees took care of that quickly and the restaurant was clean. The employees were nice and I plan on going back!

This place is going downhill! This is the second consecutive time I’ve ordered crinkle fries in the evening around 7, and they've been burnt!

Wonderful service, the cashier and the Man were super nice. Food was really good. Although, I was saddened to have missed the hamburger. When something works, you need to keep it, I heard it was delicious. Please bring it back SOON!!! Blessings on this business continually

Love Arby's, great selection of sandwiches and of course the Reuben is terrific!!

Good food at a great price and the people that work there are friendly and helpful!
