Nouveau Olive oil was very tasty and the food was well presented and tasty. I highly recommend the Osso bucco and the tartufo chicken. Service was great.

Esperienza molto buona, considerando che siamo al centro di ottimo firenze, fuori dalla massa di turisti, piatti speciali e materie prime eccellenti, olio su tutto, ottimo servizio, buon rapporto costo / qualità.

Location invidiabile, staff gentile discreto e molto professionale, menù originale senza essere pretenzioso, con una grande attenzione per le materie prime.

Delizioso locale situato di fronte a Palazzo Pitti. Staff preparato e accogliente e… tutto al femminile. Cibo di qualità e sapori delle pietanze equilibrati. Il re del condimento è… EVO olio extra vergine di oliva. Da assaggiare la bruschetta con olio evo spalmabile! E le zuppe Toscane sono buonissime. Provate i cocktail…

Italian flavors and stardust : The humble exterior of this restaurant overlooking the Palazzo Pitti hides a beautiful suite of dining rooms with simple but elegant furnishings that glorify the Tuscan organic oil since the 16th. century is important for the founder's family. The wine struck a rich Chardonnay from our friendly waiter well paired with the fantastic trio of wine acids I had as an appetizer, while my wife was treated with an interesting symphony for tomatoes and cheese. I then had fried lamb hacking on a bed of greens with anchovy, my wife excellent Gnocchi and my daughter a very beautiful Turbot Filet.
