Floret Artisan Kitchen (inside Luisa Via Roma)

The best poke bowl in Florence is definitely floret. Good fresh and tasty, every ingredient is right!!! Pause absolutely perfect

We visited Floret for a quick spot of lunch and enjoyed ourselves: the coffees were great and breakfasts of high quality. The avocado toasts were generously proportioned, with thick hunks of hearty sourdough and ample avocado. We sat outside on a terrace of sorts, full of plants: a relaxing way to slowly start the day with a menu replete with health-giving morsels and juices (though, if you are a pedant like me, do note these are pre-juiced and served in bottles rather than juiced to order).

We had our breakfast/brunch here. This café/restaurant serves vegan and gluten-free options which is great and everything is homemade! The bread is amazing and so is the service. Interior design at its finest! Definitely recommend this lovely terrace :
