Delicious ‘raw’ vegan and gluten free ‘Bakery’ everything is gluten and dairy free. Delicious. Close to central food Market (Mercato Centrale) which is a great place to pick up deli style picnic ingredients too

Wonderful pastry shop that is fully gf and vegan. Vegan milk options for coffee too with homemade almond milk.

Delicious gluten-free cookies all made from nut flours. I skipped past this entry initially because, I’ll admit, I’m not drawn to paleo or raw foods. Don’t come expecting donuts or croissants, but they fo have a good variety of cookies that were all fantastic. I came to the shop a second time to stock up. Not inexpensive but a good experience.

Excellent location, right in front of Santa Maria Novella. I took an ice cream cone raspberry taste and cappuccino, the latter really great, and also the waffle of the cone was very good. I will definitely return to try the sweet monopoly.
