Bay Street Grille - Florence

The restaurant was clean the staff was friendly and hard working. Food was pretty good. The shrimp was big. It wasn't super expensive for the seafood. We enjoyed our dinner. I liked the sweet potato fries and the halibut. My father-in-law enjoyed his steak and baked potatoe. The staff did sn amazing job for being short staffed. Everyone worked together and made sure everyone was taking care of. Would definitely be back. This is a family friendly restaurant.

We had Carla D as our server and she was amazing! Even with being understaffed, we couldn't tell. She was on top of everything and super nice. Food was delicious. It was a great date with my husband.

I have eaten here in the past and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. But it’s been a few years since I have been. I ate last night. I had a Cajun Bleu Burger with garlic fries. The burger was good. The fries were pretty soggy though. I was a bit disappointed. I don’t know if that was because of the addition of the garlic or what. Anyhoo, overall food was good. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Very good food. No wait. Our waitress was great. The only reason for 4 star was that my wife did find shell in several bites of her crab sandwich.

Very upset, waited over 45 mins for our food, which was cold. Clam chowder was cold, the crab cakes tasted like they came out of a frozen food bag, they were small and had no flavor. The baked potato was hard as a rock. And they forgot my mother's order and took another 20 mins to give her food to her, which was also cold. The waitress was rude when I asked if there was someone I could talk to about our food and service. She told me No not right now goodbye In a nasty tone. My family spent $73 bucks on this garbage. And our whole order was cold. If I could give this no stars I would.
