So far we've had great and friendly service from all the staff there. In particular, William(Will) Smith has gone above and beyond in every way a server can! He served us our second day at RG, but not our third daythere. Despite this, he came over to say hi and make sure everything was going smoothly because he had recognized us from theday before. On top of that, there was a power outage during our meal, but he made sure that we still got fresh fries (our batchgot a little delayed because of the outage) despite everything going on. He is truly management material and deserves apromotion! Be sure to ask for Will if he's available, you won't regret it! That's not even to mention the food! It's hard tofind a nice balance between tasty dishes and outlandish prices. signatures hits a sweet spot where the food is good, but not toopricey. I really love El Diablo burger, great for the spice lover! My fiance and I absolutely love their Tabasco Mayo sauce. Ipromise it'll change how you experience your food, but especially your fries. Seriously, ditch the ketchup and try the frieswith the Tabasco Mayo. It's a game changer!
3.3 to be exact. Great service, decent food, excellent Dr. Pepper. Got a cheesesteak, was alright, steak to bread ratio was a little whack tho, add some more steak! Overall good experience!
I hate posting bad reviews because I know how hard it is to run a successful business, especially during post-covid times with staff shortages etc. Unfortunately, my most recent experience at Signatures was horrendous. Most of the staff is neglectful, wewaited for the hostess for over 10 minutes while waiter after waiter passed us by without even a glance. And it could becleaner. It's really unfortunate because it could be a really nice establishment if everything was up to par. I sincerely hopethey can pull it together.
We have been to Rocky Gap multiple times and have always enjoyed the food at Signatures. However, the customer service is terrible and has been declining. Most recent experience, the hostess was not friendly, the bartender could have cared less.While sitting at the bar I overheard so much complaining from staff. In an environment where many places are struggling tosurvive because of COVID impacts, you'd think the customer service should be top notch. Now the supervisor was different,friendly and even stopped by to ask how the food was. Hard to continue wanting to go to Signatures when the experience is sobad and the staff is so unfriendly and obviously not wanting to be here.
Okay, so when we first got there we had to wait a little bit for a server. But suddenly she showed up and she was great! Friendly and prompt, and I noticed an uptick in servers in general, for some reason. I was worried about the food, but it turnedout well! No light fare, but the pulled pork and fries were super good. I much preferred my food here over the food at the moreexpensive restaurant.
