Talk Of The Town - Flintshire

I ordered a chicken doner from this restaurant on January 18th for delivery. The order took over an hour to arrive, and I had to call to check on its status at 8pm. Unfortunately, I spent January 19th to 29th off work due to severe diarrhea and fever. I was diagnosed with Campylobacter, which is often caused by consuming undercooked chicken. Was it just a coincidence?

I live very close to this restaurant and decided to order online. However, when I tried to have my order delivered to my town, the system would not allow it. I called the restaurant to ask about this issue, as delivery to my town was previously available. I was told that the delivery charge had increased from £1 to £3, and now I had to select delivery even though the system was not allowing it. I found this system to be broken and frustrating to use. Additionally, I did not appreciate being spoken to rudely when bringing up this issue. I have decided not to use this service again.

The food was very mediocre and took a long time to be served. When it finally arrived, it was incorrect and some items were missing. I am surprised that this place is still in business.

Ordered a calzone and it was disgusting too much tomato purée chips wasn’t cooked properly it maybe because of a Friday but doubt it I’ve had meals off these for a while and they seem to be going down hill

Would not allow us to place an order because our house has a name and not a number! I’m still baffled by how ridiculous this is
