Przekaż informację zwrotnąDo not eat here. Just had a meal here and service was appalling and slow! Walked through door and waitress asked if we wanted poppadoms to which we said yes. Didn 't ask us if we wanted drinks. Waitress forgot about poppadoms and partner heard her say after 5 mins say sorry I better tell them about the poppadoms . Drinks arrives whilst eating poppadoms. I then had to call manager over to order our mains as no waitress took our order. Food came after 20 minsl and waitress was unclear as to what we actually ordered (manager took our order). Started to eat our food and chicken didn 't taste right. Told waitresses and asked to speak to manager (who was conveniently out on delivery). Manager was phoned and told us to pay x amount. We asked for menu to work out what we should pay for and waitresses were extremely rude. Paid money and left. Will not eat here again due to extremely poor food and customer service.
Waste of money (children was disgusting bland and untasteful the sauce was bland as well the whole chicken korma dish put me off even going there again, my gf had different. Very expensive !! Waste of money
Had a take away from my last night cost nearly £40 . The meat was chewy . The mint sauce was off and it smelled really bad. Had the exact same thing last week but the food was delicious and it was awesome missing stuff in my curry as if they just took it all together. Not happy and won't be going here again
The dilshad has been in holywell for years the resturant looks nice and cosy with clean glasses and cutlery on the tables nice place to take your partner the food is good staff are pleasant. I'll be going again soon believe me. BRIAN from Flint
If I could give a zero I would Ordered a delivery last night 27th March 22 It was nearly an hour late. Food cold, missing items, wrong food! Was told that the driver was refusing to come out again to bring correct orders! Was also told he wasn’t there to speak to. Asked for him to call me when he got back. Next minute he was on the phone. He said that he wouldn’t give me a refund but when I told him I would be putting something on social media he soon changed his mind. Told me he wanted his food and containers back. Told him no problem but as food had been already plated that some stuff would be mixed up. He turned up within ten minutes. Nasty attitude with me. He actually went through the containers on my door step and tried to say that some of the food wasn’t from them! I felt really sorry for the young girl who was taking the phone orders. She seemed scared that she would get the blame. I told her she doesn’t deserve to be treated the way they treat her and to find another job. I have been going to this restaurant for years but never again!!! The bit of food myself and my son tried was disgusting!!!
