Cafe Dilshad Balti - Flintshire

Terrible, phoned through an order was told be 30 minutes, so went up after 30 mins then waited another hour in restaurant for it to be made, when I got home 5 mins later found our Chicken was so hard couldn't get a fork in in. Naan bread had 1 rasin and a mountain of crystallised sugar inside other Naan was just dough and all cold. When I phoned to see what had happened because normally a regular customer, the answer I got was we are busy and hung up on me, so called back again to see it accident did the same to me again.

Ordered a takeaway meal never again Was overcharged had to ask twice about the price Poppadoms we’re disgusting tasted like months old cooking oil them! Overall just not a very nice meal disappointed!!!

Absolutely disgusting take away, I’v been a loyal customer for years of this place but the last delivery (july 2 2021) was cold, there were items missing and they had substituted the chicken with chewy fatty lamb both in the curry and chilli chicken stir fry, I ended up feeding it to the dog and will never be ordering again, they missed items off the order and I by the time they delivered the missing items, my meal was cold, spend your money elsewhere and appreciate the quality.

I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. My experience here was terrible due to slow and inadequate service. When we arrived, the waitress asked if we wanted poppadoms, but failed to ask about drinks. She forgot about the poppadoms, and it took 5 minutes for her to remember. Our drinks arrived while we were eating poppadoms, and we had to call the manager over to place our order because no waitress had taken it. Our food took 20 minutes to arrive, and the waitress was unsure of our order (the manager had taken it). When we started eating, the chicken didn't taste right. We informed the waitresses and requested to speak to the manager, who was unavailable because he was on a delivery. We were given a total to pay without knowing what we were charged for. When we asked for a menu to check, the waitresses were extremely rude. We paid and left, vowing never to return due to the poor quality of the food and customer service.

I regret spending money on this restaurant. The chicken dish was tasteless and unappetizing, with bland sauce. The chicken korma was particularly disappointing and I doubt I will return. My girlfriend had a different experience. The prices were very high for what we received. Overall, a waste of money.
