Mcdonald's - Flint

We stopped by this restaurant after a visit to the dog park and got an egg for my dogs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and my dogs absolutely loved it. We also appreciated the help with getting 3 cones.

I recently purchased a chicken crispy sandwich, but was disappointed to find it served on a dry, burnt bun. The taste of the sandwich was not to my liking.

My 3-year-old found a short, dark hair in his kids' meal. None of us have dark hair.

Wut thru drive thru, extreamly rude. Even when I tried to stay polite and nice. smiling and friendly, window man wouldn't tell me a word that gave me my food was the same wise, even appon saying thank them turned without a word. the customer service really begins to look like a thing of pastness. to this set I can see why it was empty here.

If you are referring to the McDonald's on Stewart and Dort highway with some nasty experiences I've ever had. The young lady that was taking orders was very rude and disrespectful when we got to the window did not say hi did not say haven't did not acknowledge this at all not wishing us a nice day or anything I understand it was late but it being late still there's no excuse for that type of disrespect and if you want somebody to come back in the future I would suggest that you hire a whole new night crew because they were rude disrespectful and do not if they don't like their jobs that much they should find some other line of work because it was nasty.
