Mcdonald's - Flint

My mother and I stopped by for breakfast today, and our visit was quite enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were jelly and jam packs already in our bags, along with napkins! Thank you, because this is not usually the case at McDonald's; often, even if you request them, they can be forgotten. It was a nice touch to see them included in our order right away.

They made a slight mistake with my order, so I went in to inform them. As soon as she saw me, she said I could keep what they had given me, and they would prepare the correct sandwich right away. I found them to be very professional, polite, and efficient.

Even though I live in a different part of town, I stopped by here last week on my way home, and I'm heading back today for a second visit! Kudos to the staff at this location; it's clear they take pride in their work. I have to admit, I couldn't handle the demands of a job like this. It must be incredibly challenging, and I can only imagine the stress these employees experience daily. Hats off to everyone working here—your hard work shows in the quality of the food you serve. You all deserve a raise! I’ll also be sharing my feedback with corporate. Thank you for an amazing experience! And yes, the food was so good that I even took a picture of it to remember for this review!
