Logan's Roadhouse - Flint

Ordered food for pickup at 3:50. The estimated time for pickup was 4:23 and food wasn't ready until 5:22. If you pickup food from here don't expect anything less than an hour after estimated time.

Took over a hour for a pick up order when no one was

We waited for a table at 5:30 and they were not that busy food was very disappointing ran out of potatoes and the waiter didn't even bring our appetizer which was onion rings and we ordered potato skins and those were burnt, honestly haven't been there in a while but definitely not going back.

My dad, my step mom, my girl friend and I went there today. Service was horrible. 10 people in the whole restaurant. Had to keep asking for drink refill when you could find her. She spent most of her time in the kitchen. There were out of mashed potatoes. Ordered our food my dad's and step mom's steaks were burnt. My dad's baked potato had a large piece of something in it. My loaded baked potato the sour cream and cheese were on the aluminum foil not the potato. They replaced mine. Went to replace my dad's and they were out of baked potatoes. My girl friends burger was dry and the mushrooms were cold. The fries that were ordered were over salted to the point they couldn't eat them. No discount given. No Manger ever came and talked to us. Very poor service I will never be back!!!

So I actually ordered from Leo 's Italian Kitchen which is apparently also Logans Roadhouse. Paid 50$ for 2 entrees just to recieve a handful of overcooked pasta with the portion size of a kids meal. Worst experience ever will not be ordering from either establishment in the future.
