Recently have fallen in love with the banana chocolate chip muffins, and they make a great iced latte. Yummy treats this close could be dangerous ;)

We stopped for something quick on the way to a friend's cottage. My egg salad sandwich was anything but basic! The best egg salad ever on thick rye bread. My friend had a grilled cheese on rosemary bread, another had the breakfast sandwich (also said the coffee was great)and a 4th had corned beef. We all loved our meals and amazing prices. Excellent value! Excellent service! Cookies and baked goods looked great, but we didn't try any.

They were very helpful for what I wanted - lots of fiends stop there during the day, they are open early in the morning and late at night

We have a cottage in Northern Ontario and do the trek up Hwy 10 through Flesherton and Markdale fairly regularly. Highland Grounds has been our "stop" for a coffee, tea , yummy homemade treat or sandwich (egg salad is my fav!) Best banana bread and lemon squares! My pup is a huge fan of the puppy treats!! Always happy to help a local business with friendly staff and owners! Likely the only Canadian that will tell you to take a pass on Tim Hortons and go for real and local!!
