Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fleming Island

I always go to the tropical smoother right here in Fleming Island! They are always nice and friendly! This last time, we went in and got to meet the new manager! He was super nice, and directed the employees. Our smoothie was delicious, I got theparadise Point, my husband Sunrise sunset! Awesome flavor! Our favorite! Was not a fan of the chipotle chicken sandwich. Butstill overall good! Will return again!

I just had the worst experience at this location! I have never EVER been treated so badly. I placed a mobile order for a green smoothie at this location so I could pick it up before work. I gave my name to the woman at the counter and she went to look formy order. She couldn?t find it. Then she started getting frustrated at me, asking ?did you order it at the right location?? ?Isit under a different name?? She was getting super rude, but I told her I ordered at the right location and it?s under my name. Ieven showed her my confirmation that clearly said my name and today?s date- all the info! She then said something about thepower going out and they never got my order? I can understand that. But instead of making my smoothie or helping me she said ifI want the smoothie, I would have to pay for it. I then tried showing her the transaction history on my navy federal app thatclearly showed I paid for it, but she refused to listen to me or look at my phone. Instead of helping me, she yelled at mesaying there?s nothing she can do about it and I would have to pay for it again! I felt so embarrassed and I didn?t even doanything! All I did was order a smoothie! But instead I got yelled at, belittled and didn?t even get the smoothie I paid for!!She just flat out refused to fix the situation, I just had to walk away before it turned into a crazy argument over a damnsmoothie! Everyone has bad days but that whole ordeal was so uncalled for. She could have just made me the smoothie I paid for,but instead she chose to ignore and ridicule me! I will never ever go back there again, which sucks because I loved tropicalsmoothie before this happened. I?m just so disappointed.

The quesadilla I ordered barely had any chicken in it and they didn?t put no tomatoes or white queso sauce like it called for . Total waste of money if you ask me

Cashier who worked Tuesday late morning was so nice, she helped me remember what smoothie it is I normally order. I could not remember the name of it and she took her time to figure out which one it was. Great quick and friendly service ????

Worst smoothies! I get tropical smoothie all the time in St. Augustine and they're amazing (the one on Seagrove, US1 South and Tuscan way WGV). I ordered 2 smoothies- one had rotten bananas, you can taste the difference in a ripe banana and rotten and theother had chunks of ice so big I couldn't drink it through the straw. The people in the store seemed nice but I won't buyanother smoothie from this location. ????
