Premium Service! Food was on site! I myself have a southwest chicken breakfast Burrito super delicious. The queen ordered the Classic Burrito with the fixes! Our little princess asked the cupcake pancakes and they were great!
Alyssa is very friendly attentive and accommodating. It ensures that my order is correct. The manager Juan always ensures that my order is properly prepared and cooked for perfection every time. It ensures that the restaurant is clean and agreat environment. Perfect place to eat when you love this atmosphere.
Shared a wonderful breakfast for Fathers day with my husband. Our waitress was fast and every staff was so nice. IHOP was busy but.; they scooted right thru very fast and efficiently. Fast friendly and a very clean . I will be sure to go back and i highly recommend the IHOP in fleming island to everyone looking for a great place for breakfast and lunch!!!
It's an IHOP. We went in pretty close to them closing so the floors and seats weren't like spotless, but at least it was quiet. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful.
