Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mocha and the employee mistook it for an iced coffee with mocha syrup, I patiently corrected her and then she instantly got horrifically angry with me and said that I need to order correctly and got extra pissy when I repeated my order to make sure she understood it all. Later I found that she had stiffed me on one of my bagel minis, which I sure hope wasn't out of spite for our interaction. Do NOT get the pancake minis! They look appetizing but the smell and taste are horrible. Hard to describe but they tasted like plastic. Don't waste your money. Stick to donuts Dunkin!
