Dirty, no tea, had to ask to order(not busy/3 customers dining in , hazmat sticker on door(I guess it's a joke? , just so happens a police officer walked from out of kitchen. I ordered dinner online to be picked up at the Zebulon Rd store. I placed the order about 4:45. I got there one minute before the time given. I was told it would be a couple minutes, I said fine. Meanwhile people are picking up their orders, placing orders and leaving with their food. I tried to be patient and nice but after 25 minutes of waiting I had enough. The food I received was cold, 2 items were missing from the order. I will never spend my money in a Zaxbys restaurant again.
