I have been eating at Suryas Gaia for a month now and I don't know how I survived without it. The meals are fantastic! It's a great option to have high-quality vegan food (I'm not vegan but I have dairy restrictions) without having to cook at home. Just heat and eat. It's so easy and so delicious!

I have visited several vegan restaurants that claim to offer "Italian cuisine, but vegan" or "American cuisine, but vegan". However, this place stands out as truly representing authentic vegan cuisine, rather than just a novelty. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

When someone lives with Celiac disease, surya cafe is one of the only safe oases in the madison Wi area to eat. dedicated gluten-free, and dedicated in nutrition and taste! the staff is always so friendly and friendly. I can't say good enough about this place if I had the budget, I would eat here every day. it is a little pricier, but completely justified for the healthy ingredients and delicious. my favorites are the Shijitake bacon, hippie toast and wail!

Loved the banana nut drink and the sunflower beet burger- sooo delicious!
