Mcdonald's - Fitchburg

The double drive-thru line was surprisingly busy for a Thursday night at 9:30. It took some time, but they managed to get through it eventually.

This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. I've never received an order that was correct or even edible. The burger patty was always broken and held together only by cheese, and the fries were consistently a disappointment.

I recently visited the McDonald's on John Fitch, and there was no one in line, so I decided to order two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. When I reached the first window, the employee named Prawan asked if my order was for two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I corrected her regarding the order. I ended up paying nearly $11, which seemed a bit much considering Burger King offers two sausage and cheese burritos for just a dollar more. But I digress. At the second window, I was asked to move forward.

Pretty good, consistent with other well running locations and has the fancy redesigned look.

The person taking orders was pretty rude. It seemed like they were in a rush to cut me off just to say anything else just so they could re-ask me at the window because they didn 't put it into the computer right or something. When we got our order it was almost $30 for a couple things. And nothing was right. Im allergic to tomatoes, that was on my sandwich. No dipping sauce for nuggets. No straws, napkins or side anything. The large fries looked like the same amount as a small fry but in a large container. Service couldn 't have been worse. We won 't be going back.
