I was offered nothing for my extra wait time for them “losing” my pizza, and didn’t get out of there until 30mins after I was supposed to pick up.
The owner wanted to charge me twice for a pizza I never got. I ordered through the app and got instant notification that my card was loaded and my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was asked what my name was, so I told them I was hamilton and my order was 717. they checked and said my order was in many. 5 minutes later they brought a pizza for peter. they asked for my name and order number again. I gave them my name, order number and showed them the app on my handy. They said it was 10 minutes, which was not great, but good. 10 minutes later they talked to the owner on the phone and decided that I would have to pay for the pizza a second time. again I showed them my confirmation, but the owner insisted that if something went wrong with little caesar's app and the appeal 't really went through, he would be liable for the $12 so that he needed me to pay a second time, "and I would have the legal right to call and my $12 back when I was charged twice. "what?! I'm over now 20 minutes when my pizza should be ready, a hot pizza is now sitting on the counter hostage until I make a second payment, and the owner is only worried that a mistake of little caesar could give a long-term customer a free pizza. I didn't get the pizza because I refused to pay a second time, and now I have to get the bill on my credit card and/or call her company over a stupid $12 pizza. I will not return to this special franchise. Franchise owners- if there is a problem between them and do, take care of themselves, make their customers need to fix their problems for them.
Preordered a delivery 2 hours in advance contain a 25% tip for the driver. only one of 2 pizzas appeared and it wasn't even the right pizza. can no one on the phone try to solve a problem. Now I'm almost $40, I'm not gonna eat again.
Customer service and eat ever! get pizza not completely boiled, refused refund and refused to recover my pizza! do not try to make a complaint to the bbb. better all together!
This Little Caesar 's (LC) absolutely sucks. I ordered the New Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza, Crazy Bread, and two dipping sauces. The app was very easy to use which was great. I got all the notifications as the app said I 'd get; including the final one with the Pizza Portal info. I went to the store, punched in my code, and got the order. The Pizza Portal is an amazing experience; other places should implement something similar. The pizza was beyond gross swimming in grease with pepperonis acting as grease holders. I get it, pepperoni pizzas are usually greasy but this was basically grease gone wild. The left half of the pie was drowning in about 1/4 of an inch (6mm) of cheese and sparse pepperoni, the right half was the polar opposite. Sauce seemed to be haphazardly splattered across the entire pizza. Crispy, caramelized crust at the edge? Far from it. The crust was more flaccid than an adult film star without a blue pill. I had two slices and I put that in quotes because the pizza was barely cut into slices. The breadsticks were cold, tasteless, and even dipping them in the Buffalo Ranch and Garlic sauces couldn 't save them. I had never been so repulsed in my life. I know LC has a reputation of being bad, but this LC doesn 't even strive for bad. Given the amount of pizza places in the area, you can get much better pizza at or around the price of the slop at this LC. How it stays in business is beyond comprehension.
