Used the app to order. was fine. sent my husband down to grab the food, when he walked in the worker behind the counter was on his phone, told by husband to wait, then after 5 minutes gave him the order and he drove all the way home and the order was wrong. so I called, a guy picks up the phone and doesn 't even listen to me, then starts speaking Spanish to someone else in the back ground then she gets on the phone and was like What happened? in a really rude tone I explained everything AGAIN, then I let her know we were bringing back the wrong food and would like the correct food, she said yeah... we 'll see what we could do and hung up on me. I 'm so all set.
Absolutely the worst experience EVER. I used to love little ceasers but had not been in awhile. Son picked up 3 pizzas and 2 wings. The pizza was not quite cooked dough. Called the restaurant employee said she only spoke al little English. I finally explained what was wrong and she told me to call back. I did and was told I had to bring the pizzas back to get my refund. (5pm raining +20 straight drive=NIGHTMARE) but I did go back with the pizzas. At this point I just wanted a refund. The smug asst. Manager and video called her manager showing her the pizza. Manager was telling in Spanish, asst manager was talking in Spanish, finally she hung up looked at me and said that 's the bread for the pizza you 're not getting your money back. I said fine remake the 3 pizzas she again said no that 's not the pizza she gave you ??? Excuse me did I take it home and uncooked it!? She said no there are 3 pieces missing (now there were 4 of us having the pizza) I said yes we all took a piece and threw it away. She proceeded to give me her smug smile, talking in Spanish to her employees, said no your not getting it. I said so I just gave you 45.49 for a 5pc wing? Her smug ride answer? Yes and you have a nice day I have called corporate l 3 times who only tell me I have to wait for a call back from the franchisee! DO NOT EAT HERE! They will literally ROB you! Next step is a lawsuit!
Ordered for the first time today, got my notifications that my food was ready and when I walked in the girl told me, “we can’t find your pizza it’ll be 9 more minutes to cook another one”. I was offered nothing for my extra wait time for them “losing” my pizza, and didn’t get out of there until 30mins after I was supposed to pick up.
The owner wanted to charge me twice for a pizza I never got. I ordered through the app and got instant notification that my card was loaded and my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was asked what my name was, so I told them I was hamilton and my order was 717. they checked and said my order was in many. 5 minutes later they brought a pizza for peter. they asked for my name and order number again. I gave them my name, order number and showed them the app on my handy. They said it was 10 minutes, which was not great, but good. 10 minutes later they talked to the owner on the phone and decided that I would have to pay for the pizza a second time. again I showed them my confirmation, but the owner insisted that if something went wrong with little caesar's app and the appeal 't really went through, he would be liable for the $12 so that he needed me to pay a second time, "and I would have the legal right to call and my $12 back when I was charged twice. "what?! I'm over now 20 minutes when my pizza should be ready, a hot pizza is now sitting on the counter hostage until I make a second payment, and the owner is only worried that a mistake of little caesar could give a long-term customer a free pizza. I didn't get the pizza because I refused to pay a second time, and now I have to get the bill on my credit card and/or call her company over a stupid $12 pizza. I will not return to this special franchise. Franchise owners- if there is a problem between them and do, take care of themselves, make their customers need to fix their problems for them.
