Dunkin' - Fitchburg

My new go-to spot for coffee in the morning! The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. It's a great place to kick off your day.

The management and customer service were very disappointing. The staff was quite disrespectful. I hope you can improve in the future.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible. The staff seemed to be in a hurry to take my order, and they never stirred my coffee. To top it off, I always ended up with cold, messy sandwiches.

Horrible employees at this location starting from management, rushing customers orders, sloppy sandwiches, giving customers attitude, I waited at the window while several employees stood around together completely ignoring me when I was just asking forpackets of ketchup extremely disappointing as I spend money here regularly.

I usually don't write reviews, but these donuts are truly exceptional when it comes to customer service and quality!
