O Peirao - Fisterra

We were recommended to this restaurant by our hotel and it was a good choice. Of course no meals to 8PM but we had the grilled calamari, green salad, garlic prawns and a fish stew between two of us which was ample. With a beer,Maine and water it came to around 43euro and was good value. Service a bit slow but otherwise ok.

Very simple, it does not really look appealing we stepped in at 7.30 pm and the owner told us dryly that it was too early for dinner. we decided to came back at the right time, as we were looking for a place cooking meat and we knew this is a good place for hamburger... we asked the owner what would he eat and he smiled and said: navajas, what else? So navajas, cazuela of bacalao, pulpo a la Gallega, chipirones a la plancia, and meat for the no-fish group DELICIOUS. since a while i didn 't enjoy such a good dinner!! I was for a week visiting for dinner O Peirao restaurant, the food is good, tasty and at good price. Attention excellent and the place is very clean and tidy (also space ok for family of 5 members like we are) . They also make a take away which in occasions quite suitable for me and my children. Thanks for all! I really recommend it to visit and taste this place.
