Ques too long. Takes over an hour to fuel because of waiting to pay

The layout exiting HGVs is terrible. The bottle neck on the bend narrow by the small Forrest in the lorry park is so dangerous l. We can only hope this will be changed but will take many collisions and altercations between irate lorry drivers before anything is done

Rogered silly for some diesel just because it's next to a motorway but I had to go as the one I was going to use was closed. Having took out a small mortgage to pay for said fuel I went into the store and stood at the empty till, the bloke came out the back and said I had to queue at the Gregg's till. It's ok mate I'm happy to queue behind Dave getting his latte and Phil while he gets his sausage sandwich made and his coffee poured. I just want to pay for my fuel, not wait in a Gregg's queue!

Absolutely no control of people not wearing a face covering.

Que for 20 mins minimum because of the greggs counter. It took me 47 minutes to full up with fuel And pay I won't use this place again. Who has that much time to waste
