Starbucks Coffee - Fishers

Always busy but they're fast! They make my drinks right every time and the tomato mozzarella sandwich is the greatest thing to eat for a quick lunch! Always friendly service with a smile or a laugh!

Literally the slowest Starbucks I 've ever been to. I 'm in this area all the time and live fairly close.. I 'll do anything to avoid this drive thru now. I just went about a week ago... I had placed a mobile order. I timed it, it took me TWENTY minutes to get through this drive thru. It was not a particularly busy time, either. Probably 4pm on a week day? (I 'm more understanding when it 's peak busy time in the morning or something) When I first pulled up there were two cars ahead of me to get to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order. The line was at a complete stop for so long that I started to question if they were even open? The problem is- this is a consistent issue at this location. I even mentioned it to a friend the other day and she immediately said ohhh for sure, that 's why I NEVER go to that location! It 's so incredibly slow. So, I know I 'm not the only one that has noticed it. Either way- just disappointing as this would be a very convenient location for me.

I go to starbucks all the time including the busiest ones in the entire city. It is only this one where I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be done every time. I have no clue what these employees aren't doing that every other Starbucks does manage to do but its incredibly annoying. Why is it just this starbucks that is this awful? Try to be more efficient like literally every other starbucks

Not happy at all. Ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate. I got a white chocolate mocha. When I told the barrista the order was wrong, she said we don 't have peppermint right now. Was that supposed to allow them to substitute whatever they wanted for the ordered item? Additionally, the hot chocolates I ordered for my granddaughters were barely lukewarm. We had an appointment so couldn 't stay to get everything fixed. I left without anything and the girls didn 't drink theirs. Guess I made a holiday donation.

Very slow service, I ordered a mobile order and i didn’t receive even after 15 minutes of waiting! Absolutely ridiculous Mobile order should be to get your drink quick.
