Qdoba Mexican Grill - Fishers

I want to give a big shoutout to the staff at Fishers Qdoba – Richard, Cheyenne, Johnny, and everyone else working on November 3, 2022. The service was fantastic, and they truly nailed my order! I'm a bit particular, so I really appreciated how they listened to my requests. The food is always perfectly cooked and fresh. Thank you all for making my experience so enjoyable!

The restaurant had run out of some key ingredients, which I can understand happens occasionally. However, my main concern was the lack of customer service: the woman preparing our food didn’t greet us in a friendly manner—she simply asked, “What do you want?” and carelessly tossed the ingredients into our orders (a cup of queso, guacamole, burritos, and a burrito bowl). Her tone was quite rude throughout the process, and she displayed unprofessional behavior with every customer. On the other hand, the woman who handled our checkout was very pleasant, and I made sure to thank her multiple times for her assistance.

I'm not sure how this restaurant manages to stay open. They close at 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, which seems unusual considering that most other places in town stay open until 9 PM or later on those nights. We ultimately decided to go to Torchy's instead.

The staff here is attentive and polite, making you feel more like a friend than just a customer. They genuinely build relationships with their diners and show a personal interest in you. If you're ever in need of catering or just a meal for yourself, I highly recommend visiting this location! They will dedicate the time and care that you and your event truly deserve.

Really rude. My online order wasn’t here when we arrived. The manager in duty said someone must have taken it and at first refused to make my order. He told me it costs the company money and he couldn’t do that. When my husband finally convinced him to make it he complained about us loudly and banged things around. Then told us he’d never remake our order again. Don’t worry we won’t be back.
