O'charley's - Fishers

I know this is a chain restaurant but we go once a month and have never had a bad experience. We have a ritual of going at 4pm, on the weekend for the prime rib special, and have 1 drink each. The parking lot is never too full, nor is the dining area crowded (we sit in bar area) so it's quite. John the bartender (and our waiter) makes perfect martinis and checks on us often. The prime rib has always been great especially for the price as are the fried green tomatoes appetizers. It's usually an evening we could sit there for a couple hours it's so relaxing.

The food was good, but the customer service of Amber T was amazing!!! From the beginning to the end, she ensured that we were satisfied that it is difficult to find in an employee!!!! My mother I guess they are so grateful that it is still kindhearted in this world!!!

The service was excellent and the food was tasty. It felt a bit pricey for the type of crowd, but I suspect that's because I ordered seafood. I’ll have to try something different on my next visit.

I absolutely love this place! You could easily get hooked on their hot, fresh rolls! I always order the fried chicken salad with honey mustard dressing, and it’s huge and delicious!
