The smell of cigarettes and smoke was overpowering. I rushed into the restroom and quickly left. I didn't think it was possible for the smoke to be even stronger.

Service was from this world. I've never met anyone like taylor benner, she's the best bartender I've ever come into contact with. I moved here three months ago and she made me feel like home.

I love the environment of this bar. For a smoking bar it’s kept very clean with a good ventilation system, and the staff is very welcoming. Well balanced menu and the quality of the food is fantastic! I used to be a frequent customer until I moved out of state, but every time I come into town I am sure to stop by one of my favorite bars and have a few!

This bar is a somewhat hidden gem on 96th street. It looked small, but when you step inside it’s much larger and has arcade area as well. I love this bars cozy vibe. The bartenders are great, very friendly! there seems to be a lot of regulars. It was almost like everyone at the bar knew one another. The food was great too! They stay open late, and do different nights during the week like Karaoke. I’ll definitely be back.

Customer service was very bad last night. I believe the waitress was named Nicole she has long straight black hair with tattoos on her hands. I yelled “hey”to her to get her attention. I needed my drinks refilled. The music was very loud. She turned her nose up at me. She came back and yelled at me. She told me what I’m not gon do is yell at her. I apologized to her I told her I yelled because the music was very loud I was trying to get her attention. I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful towards her at all. The people next to us said she’s always a nasty person.
