Arby's - Fishers

Ninety percent of the time, the dining room is closed. It doesn't take much effort to keep it open; they just need someone to clean and reset the tables. I won't stop here if the dining room isn’t open. Whenever I see the door closed, I just hop in my car and head somewhere else!

It is arby’s! standard arby’s. Reliable repeatable food. they get what they expect.

The food was cold and the boneless wings were just terrible?. Do they imagine having 9 hard dry boneless buffalo wings?

So last night we went to this place enthusiastically about the flyer we got yesterday about the new wagyu cheeseburger, just to find out that it does not officially begin until Monday. fortunately the general manager thomas was there for us and he offered to do them for us anyway and I am glad that he made these burgers are a game changer for arbys. I was skeptical that a burger was fried deep, but they were not fat at all and they taste amazing. the only thought that it would have made me better would have been browned on them fried wobbles and maybe some of those sweet speck they had earlier. but still this is an amazing burger and they must try immediately. next Monday. the only comment I will make is when they are like me and how the dinge well done then ask for longer cooking time because they were somewhere between medium and medium good. it's been a long time since I saw a manager in almost food, who really cares and goes out of that for the customer.

Thomas is an awesome GM. I had an issue with the app and he corrected it immediately and with a smile. His demeanor and appreciation for this location is the reason I come back to this store.You can tell he is one of the better GMs in food service. Thank you Thomas!
