Applebee's Grill - Fishers

We had a terrible experience at the bar. The server/bartender took our order and then disappeared until she hurried us out with our checks without any explanation, two hours before the restaurant closed. When we asked for dessert, she gave us a dirty look while entering it into the system. We overheard her telling the manager that she was "getting her money" from our table before leaving for the night. We usually visit this Applebee's because it's the best one nearby, but we left feeling very upset about the entire ordeal.

As always, the service at this restaurant is excellent.

Hadn't been to Applebee's in a long time because after the pandemic, it was hard to get service. But today it was fantastic and the service was awesome! The food was great!

My experience at the restaurant was not necessarily bad, but I did have to wait a bit for a seat. I was not a fan of the fact that the bartender also acted as the hostess. I understand that there may not have been much they could do about it, but when workers have to take on multiple roles in hospitality jobs, it can affect customer service. The female bartender, who was tall and had dark hair, did a great job juggling cleaning tables, serving drinks, and seating people. I wanted to give her a shoutout for her hard work.

It wasn't really busy when we got there, so the service was fast and good. Our food came out quickly and it was fresh and hot. There were a few families that had kids that were a little wild, but overall was a good lunch.
