Sierra - Fish Camp

The food was great, had the cowboy burger. Ingredients are fresh and we are prepared. The green bean claw was also very good. The service was also excellent. The Tanaya is a great place for families with small children. I've never seen a better place for that. Yesterday evening the indoor pool was filled with children's syringes and saw a Pixar-Type movie on the large wall of the huge pool area. You have more activities than I can list here with archery. Great place.

The salmon and the cousin were really good. Since we had no reservation, we sat in the terrace, which was well heated on a cold rainy day. We enjoyed the Entrees we ordered and Desserts we were great. Good place for dinner if you stay in the Tenaya Lodge or on the way to Yosemite.

The food quality was much better than expected: from the vegetarian Feta Spinat sandwich to the aubergines zucchini or the chicken wings was all at the point you expect from a beautiful restaurant in a good size town vs Hotel Essen. The one point that wasn't on the standard was how slow the food service was waiting for over 30 minutes. But at least our waiter was kind enough to give us a head halfway. I just wish we were waiting for space during the 20 minutes, would have ordered us to fix this issue.

The waiter was quick and took care of the review of our allegers! The food was amazing and service was fast! The outside door seats had a huge fire pit, which also allowed the glasses to reflect! From the starter to the desert everything was amazing!

For a four diamond resort this was disappointing. Service was very slow to bring out our food and refill the water at the table. Food was okay, but compared to the grill this was a huge disappointment. For the prices you are paying this should be fine dining and it simply isn't. If you want good food and good service eat at the jackalopes bar and grill.
