Qdoba Mexican Eats - Firestone

Trust me when I say we eat Qdoba often. But never at this location. And I have never seen one so dirty. Not one clean table in the place. Food all over the counter and the floor in the back/prep area. The 2nd girl making our food had a case of the what else 's where they try to hurry you along so much that you can 't even tell them what you want without feeling rushed. She clearly hates her job and was thankless and rude at the end. While we were eating, after clearing off a table, they were having what should be private, personal conversations LOUDLY for everyone to hear. Including with friends that came in and sat up on the bars near the glass where customers order food. Is there even a manager? Is anyone in charge here? It looks like it 's run by teenagers with absolutely no customer service training whatsoever. Very bad look for a restaurant that I feel is normally a great choice for my family....if you drive further south.

This morning i ordered off of doordash a bowl with extra chicken. when i received my bowl there was very little chicken, rice and lettuce. since i paid $4.80 for extra chicken i expect extra. i used to work for a qdoba, one scoop regular and two for double, i could definitely tell there was one scoop. what made it even better was that i ordered chips and queso, the queso was not filled to the top and there was very little chips, felt like i was at the store where half of the chip bag is air : , i paid $8.00 for that!! regardless i suggest that you go in person so you can control how much food you get or else an employee might do this to you unfortunately
